The public exhibition period for Ingenia’s development application closed on 31 august 2022. A total of 574 submissions were lodged with Nambucca Valley Council, which is an amazing effort from the community!
What's Next?
Council staff are now in the process of considering submissions, and preparing their assessment report and recommendations to the Northern Regional Planning Panel, who will make the decision on the proposal.
We’ll provide more information about this process, including any meetings of the Panel, as we receive it.

A submission was presented on behalf of the Scotts Head Community Group to Council. The submission ran to over 160 pages, not including reports and assessments from the experts we hired to support us.
